Live Music Venue in London323 New Cross Rd, SE14 6AS
This hostel was great for me! Really inexpensive for London plus breakfast. I just needed a place to rest so I wasn't looking for anything glamorous and this fit the mould. Staff was cool friendly travelers like me willing to go out and have fun. No frills place but great stay. The Assistant manager also was really helpful fixing a booking error I made!
This hostel was exactly what was expected! I stayed in a shared room for probably the most cost effective place in London. It was close to public transport and breakfast was included. The hostel itself is very old building attached to a live music pub which brings noise and people around but this added to the adventure and charm of being new in London. I recommend it to any young travels looking to have fun in London. Also meet the staff they are so friendly! The manger is a great help as well!!! :)
Huge selection of fancy ciders, beers and spirits (they make a mean g+t!) with those sweet New Cross prices, great staff, cute garden area great for small to medium sized groups and perfect for date-night. Very nice decoration and style. The food was great for when you get hungry after a drink or two!
Very good for how little we paid! Pros: very close to public transit, comfy beds, a decent amount of bathrooms, decent free breakfast, very friendly service, Cons: bathrooms were kinda gross (mold, clogged shower drains), windows didn't close properly, sirens go all night If you're planning on going here remember: it's a hostel, not a hotel Also, if you want a quieter room make sure you ask in advance because they will move you to a higher room! The ground level is kind of loud on weekends.
WICKED Night 'hear' months ago getting my ears blasted by Butchers In The Fog n' equally talented Chums. FAB venue + easy to park. Always a bonus! Guinness was dinner n' good! XO JT Gal
